This app is designed for teenagers and young adults to help cope with anxiety.

MindshiftWorking with Mindshift, it can help you change how you think about what is making you anxious. It guides you through facing the causes of your anxiety and managing it, and not avoiding it.

It also helps you target specific events that can cause you stress like exam anxiety, perfectionism, social anxiety, performance anxiety, worry, panic and conflict.
