Ms Frances Fitzgerald
In 2011, Frances Fitzgerald was appointed the first ever Minister for Children and Youth Affairs in Ireland. Prior to this, Frances was a member of Seanad Éireann (Ireland’s Senate) and Fine Gael Spokesperson on Health. She trained as a social worker and family therapist and has worked with inner city communities in London and Dublin.
