Finding your own way of managing anxiety can take a bit of work. The solution for one person may not be the same for another.

You may also find at different stages in your life, or in different situations a need to alter what you normally do to manage a situation.

However, learning to recognise the signs when things are building up and developing your own set of coping skills, puts you in more control of when to seek extra help, if you feel you need it.
