Ok, so we might say this a lot, but that’s because it’s true. When you know that you’re feeling crap, talking to someone about it can make such a difference. Speaking to someone you trust. You might decide than that you need to talk to a GP or a counsellor to help you figure out what it is that has you feeling like you are, and deal with it.
Being able to put a name to something like depression or anxiety can not only help you then find the right support or treatment, but can let you know that you’re not ‘going mad’. You’re actually experiencing a problem that lots of other people have been through, and there are many different ways to handle it.
