Bodywhys Online Support

On Bodywhys.ie, you can find a range of information about the different types of eating disorders, how to get help and how to help your friends. Here you can also find an online support space called YouthConnect for young people between 13 and 18 years old. YouthConnect lets you listen to others’ experiences, share your feelings and get things off your chest in a safe space.

Bodywhys.ie also runs a free, weekly online support group for people who are 19 years old or over and can’t make it to a face-to-face support group. Times and dates are posted on the website.
