Each year we run a user-profile survey on ReachOut.com. Our survey for this year was available on the site between January and March.
What we ask
The aim of the survey is to find information about visitors to ReachOut.com to help us to improve the service. We ask similar questions each year to find out about age, gender, views on ReachOut.com and getting through a tough time.
All aspects of the survey are strictly confidential and only the researchers have access to the results. The response data is stored securely and destroyed once the purpose for which the data was collected is finished.
The results
Once we have collected the survey data, we analyse it and publish a report based on the data analysis results. Individual participants are not identifiable in any way.
Improving our service
The survey results help us to improve ReachOut.com to better suit our visitors. The results also help to inform key stakeholders, including the HSE and the Dept. of Health and Children about the effectiveness of ReachOut.com in helping young people get through tough times.
If at any stage you would like to know more about our research, please email research@inspireireland.ie. Read letting us know what you think.
