You, me and everyone we know
We are painting the town! Painting it white, black and blue (and a lighter shade of blue).
These stories are from men, women, boys and girls, exploring how they faced and ultimately overcame a range of day-to-day challenges to their wellbeing.
We all face challenges at different times. These can be anything from illness, to depression, bereavement or a relationship breakup.
You, Me & Everyone We Know shows how everyone’s problems are all of our problems, that support is out there and most importantly, better times will come.
This is a book for all of us, to inform and inspire us, and to help us better support those we know are going through tough times.
Where to get the book
We’re launching You, Me & Everyone We Know,
Thursday, 4 December, in The Gutter Bookshop and it will be available nationwide in all good bookshops after that. If you’re about Dublin that evening, please pop-in, say hello and buy a copy (obv). Or buy a copy on Amazon. Proceeds go to ReachOut.com, to help us reach young people with quality mental health information.
Also if you’re out and about in Dublin, look out for the murals done by Rabbithole Promotions, like the one in the picture. Tweet us your selfies in front of it, using #everyoneweknow.
