Find a light transcript

When I feel down, I feel really down. It’s like I’m in hell, and there’s no escape.

But there’s always a light. It may seem distant, and impossible to reach, but it’s not.

You can get there.

Be good to yourself. Talk to people. Let them help you.

Come out of the darkness, and into the light.
